v3 Stack Update

File System Crawler now participates in the synchronized Norconex 3.x stack line.

What changed

• Newer v3 releases use groupId com.norconex.collectors.v3.
• The File System Crawler now follows the shared v3 release train.
• Maven artifact path for v3 builds is now under com/norconex/collectors/v3/....

What stays the same

• The legacy 2.x line remains available for existing installations.
• Older downloads and documentation remain valid for the 2.x line.

What to use now

For new projects and upgrades, prefer the current 3.x File System Crawler releases, downloads, and API documentation.
